Everything You Need to Know

Answers to the questions we hear most often. If something is not covered here, reach out and we will get back to you within one working day.

Getting Started

Click the Start Your Project button on any page and fill in the contact form. We will reach out within one working day to arrange a quick call where we learn about your goals and what you want to achieve. No commitment required at that stage.

Just a clear idea of what you want to build. Once we agree on scope, we set up a shared folder where you can upload any branding, photos, copy, or reference sites you like. We guide you through exactly what is needed at each stage so nothing gets missed.

Not at all. We handle all of the technical work and explain things in plain language throughout. You just need to know what you want your business to achieve online. We take care of everything else.

Yes. While we are a UK based studio, we work with clients internationally. All communication and project management happens remotely so location is not a barrier. Pricing is listed in GBP and international payments are accepted.

Pricing and Payment

We typically split projects into two payments: 50% upfront to begin work and 50% on completion before handover. For larger builds we can discuss a milestone based schedule. No hidden fees, no VAT, and no surprises. The total is agreed before any work starts.

The listed prices are starting points. Every project is different, so we always provide a tailored quote once we understand the full scope. A small brochure site and a feature-rich platform have very different requirements, and the price reflects that honestly.

Scope changes happen and we handle them practically. If you want to add something during the build, we discuss the impact on timeline and cost upfront so there are no surprises. Post-launch additions are always welcome and quoted separately.

Timeline and Process

A standard website typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from confirmed scope to launch. More complex builds with custom functionality, integrations, or larger content volumes take longer. We agree on a realistic timeline before starting and keep you updated throughout so there are no delays from our side.

We work iteratively and share progress throughout the build rather than presenting a finished site at the end with a limited revision window. This means feedback is built in from the start and the result reflects what you actually want. We do not cap revisions arbitrarily on work that falls within the agreed scope.

Yes. Whether you need changes to an existing build, a full redesign, or additional features added to something already live, we are happy to work with what you have. We will review the current setup first and give an honest assessment of what makes sense to keep and what should change.

After Launch

You receive a full handover including any credentials, documentation, and guidance on managing the site yourself. We stay available for a short period post-launch to fix anything unexpected. Ongoing maintenance and support plans are also available if you want continued coverage.

Yes. Optional maintenance plans cover security updates, performance checks, content changes, and ongoing development as your business grows. These are tailored to your needs and priced accordingly. There is no obligation to take one, but many clients find it useful to have a team on hand without hiring full time.

Every site we build is mobile first. We design and test across screen sizes from the start, not as an afterthought. Mobile performance and layout quality are non-negotiable parts of our standard process.
